As the Founder of Intelgic, he conceptualized, designed and built the company’s AI technologies, solutions, and Certainty platform. By combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor challenges, Soumen drives Intelgic’s mission to solve complex operational problems through practical, intelligent, and scalable AI solutions.

He understands the dynamics of building, planning and supporting the growth of the organization from startup to full operational capacity. He serves as an executive member of the leadership team, collaborating with other IT and Operations colleagues, to instantiate and deliver technology initiatives that successfully deliver organization objectives. Working with business partners he is responsible for aligning business processes and technology solutions, delivering successful technology projects and applying lessons learned to further efforts.

Lindsey is a results-oriented and visionary Vice President of Operations with excellent leadership and problem solving skills. With a passion for operational excellence, She leads cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance profitability. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, operational efficiency, team empowerment, supply chain management, change management, and financial acumen. She excels in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align operations with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.

Voltaire Gomez is an entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience building companies, developing international operations, and leading teams across manufacturing, international trade, sales, and business development. Over the course of his career, Voltaire has built and led businesses operating across the United States and Mexico, including Penmex Group, gaining extensive experience in cross-border commerce, international trade, manufacturing, sourcing, operations, and strategic partnerships. He also founded Pure Design Werx and built the company into one of Southern California’s recognized providers of custom and ready-to-spec architectural products and fabrication. The company developed capabilities across concrete, fiberglass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and custom ironwork, serving commercial, municipal, and public-sector projects throughout the region. His experience building and operating manufacturing businesses has given Voltaire a practical understanding of the challenges manufacturers face every day, including labor constraints, quality control, production efficiency, scaling operations, managing costs, and consistently delivering for customers. At Intelgic, Voltaire brings that operator’s perspective to artificial intelligence and industrial automation. He works with manufacturers to identify where AI, computer vision, intelligent automation, and advanced data systems can solve real operational problems and create measurable business value. His focus is on bridging the gap between advanced technology and the realities of the factory floor, helping manufacturers move beyond AI experimentation toward solutions that can be deployed, scaled, and ultimately transform how they operate.

John Thompson has a lifelong career in the design and fabrication of automation equipment systems, packaging systems, robotics, with a strong focus on stainless steel conveyor systems and custom devices. A graduate of University of Southern California-(USC) Business school, John has founded and led 2 equipment fabrication companies in his career. As CEO of TransAutomation Technologies Inc., John’s focus is on the leadership and direction of the company, as well as overseeing the mechanical and electrical engineering efforts of the engineering team. His decades of experience involved in managing complex automation projects from concept to implementation give him a accurate perspective of how to deliver high quality equipment systems that accurately serve a clients needs. Phillip Meilbeck has a 30-year career in robotic, conveyor and packaging equipment automation systems. Following a career in the US Marine Corps, Phillip has built a track record of success in the development and sales automation manufacturing. As a co-founder and co-owner of TransAutomation Technologies Inc. his focus is on the development of business cases of the benefit of robotic systems to end users, as well as co-managing the operations of the company.
